SHIPPING
USA & CANADA
For items that are in stock, orders ship within 1-2 business days, so your item should arrive in 7 to 11 business days. Note that we do not ship to PO boxes. You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note it may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments to fulfill your order. However shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for any additional packages from the same order.
INTERNATIONAL
For items that are in stock, orders ship within 1-2 business days. For an estimated arrival range, please consult the shipping options at checkout.
If we do not ship to your country or region, please consider using a 3rd-Party parcel forwarding service. These include:
- Reship is a popular parcel forwarding service for shoppers in Australia. They provide a U.S. address for packages to be sent to, and offer a range of shipping options including express shipping.
- Shipito is another popular parcel forwarding service that offers a range of shipping options and features such as consolidation and repacking to help you save on shipping costs.
- Aramex's Shop & Ship (great for Middle East & North Africa) is a parcel forwarding service that offers a range of shipping options, including express shipping, and provides a suite of features such as consolidation and repacking to help you save on shipping costs.
- Stackry is a parcel forwarding service that offers a range of shipping options and provides a suite of features such as consolidation and repacking to help you save on shipping costs.
- MyUS is a popular parcel forwarding service that offers international shoppers a U.S. address to receive their packages. They offer a range of shipping options, including express shipping, and provide a suite of features such as consolidation and repacking to help you save on shipping costs.
Please note that due to the complexity of international shipping, we are currently unable to accept returns on International Orders.

RETURNS
30 DAY STREAMLINED RETURNS
If you’d like to return your Sonnenger products, you can send them back within 30 days from your order date for a refund or a store credit.
- Our 30 day return policy applies to all orders except final sale items and international orders.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items
- If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Sonnenger by the carrier, only the cost of the product will be refunded
- Order cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy to ship the goods back to Sonnenger and a refund will be issued.
RETURNS BY MAIL
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated. It may take 3 to 5 business days (or longer depending on the payment method used) for the refund to appear on the original form of payment. If you return your items after 60 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
REFUNDS
Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection. Sonnenger reserves the right to limit service if customers exhibit excessive return activity.

Step 2: A prepaid return label will be sent to you via email
Step 3: Returns are processed within 8 business days of being received by Sonnenger. An email will be sent when your return is processed
